Ensuring the Closing Goes Smoothly

It’s one of my favorite things to do, other than telling clients, “You have the home!” This means the seller has accepted your offer, waived conditions, and set a closing date. You’ll soon be getting ready for the big move.

My work does not stop just because you have made the purchase. You have my full support. To ensure that the process runs smoothly, there are many other things I can do.

I will take care of administrative details for you, such as arranging for your lawyer to handle the sale. To ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted, I will work closely with your lawyer, the seller’s agent and your mortgage lender.

You don’t have to worry about finding the right real estate lawyer, agent, or moving company. I am well connected in the local real estate market and can recommend reliable professionals and companies to assist you.
