It is one of my favorite things to do. Telling a client that their house has been sold means that I found a qualified buyer for them, got the price they want, and negotiated a great deal.

This doesn’t mean that my work is done. It’s far from finished.

I will take care of all the details. To ensure the closing of the deal, I will coordinate with the seller’s agent and you if there are conditions to the purchase of your property.

As your real estate specialist, I will also be there to help you until the day you move. I can provide you with names of contractors, lawyers, and movers. From my network of highly-respected professionals and companies. I will also explain clearly what you can expect from closing day, and offer advice on how to prepare.
